Tama Superstar
What are some better drum sets for an experienced player under 1000$?
I like to play rock/metal but an all around kit would be great to. I have chosen 4 sets, feel free to add suggestions if necessary.

Tama Superstar Custom Hyper drive (I know its about $1,300.)
Tama IS72ZC Imperialstar and
Pearl Exports.
those are all great sets you listed there. and in my opinion, the quality of all of those are pretty comparable. it comes down to personal preference really, but i would suggest going to a guitar center and trying these sets out. personally, id go with the superstars. my first set i ever owned was pearl exports, but now i prefer the sound of tamas. honestly though, you wont go wrong with any of those sets.
