What do you think Of the Washburn mandolin?
4 years ago I bought a life time guarantee f Style mandolin from Washburn 2years ago I had to have the frets re-shaped for $100.00 and now the washburn dealer’s repair person says I need a complete fret job for a some of 325.00. now that works out to bee 100,00 a year for frets does this sound right.
Not unless you really play a lot and have incredibly acidic fingers. The frets are smaller, so IDK. But I’ve got an electric w/ nickel-silver frets, been dressed twice in 27 years, and I’ve played it quite a bit.
