A good place online to buy a new neck strap for my alto sax?
And I’m sorry, but I really had NO idea which category I was supposed to put this in.

They probably won’t have a great variety, but a local music store will probably be the cheapest and quickest way to go. After all, even if you find cheaper online, you’re going to have to pay shipping, which will probably just equal out to the same or more than the local music store. As to the one you linked to, I’ve never tried it, but I don’t see what good or difference it might provide compared to any other one.
Personally, I would get one that has a clip similar to the one in the link below, because it will greatly prevent (if not completely eliminate) the chance of the strap accidentally disconnecting from the horn and possibly allowing the horn to hit the ground.
