Are Simba clarinets good???
I have a Simba clarinet cl-106 it says it is made out of wood, nickel plates keys but it doesn’t say what the springs are made out of…Is this brand good?
NO!!!!!!!! I am a professional flutist, teacher, and woodwind judge for competitions in NY. These are HORRIBLE!!!!! They will break within 2 weeks, and cannot be repaired, because the metal in the keys is so soft, and the plastic body so brittle. These are only good if you can get one CHEAP – like under $30 – for marching band, and then throw it away at the end of the season – or make a lamp out of it.
