Maple Acoustic
fender standard stratocaster or telecaster??
im quite a beginner to guitar, but i know i want a fender electric for xmas when i will have been playing for about 8 or 9 months. im not sure if i should get a standard (standards seem to be about £310 from most sites) strat or tele, which both come in the colour i want. i have been playing acoustic- and also, if i get a strat – red or blue, and maple or rosewood fretboard???

and whats a good (and well priced!!!) amp???
both are very good guitars…either way you can’t go wrong!! The Tele has a brighter sound and is good for a blues or country sound. The Strat is the most standard guitar out there, it works well for virtually any style, mainly good for rock and blues…
