What causes a disease to be inherited genetically by race/ethnicity?

Like how did it originate in that race ALL the way to the beginning? What caused certain races to carry those specific type of genetic disorders?

Example

Sickle Cell trait usually in = blacks
Huntington’s disease = whites
Tay-Sachs = Jewish decent
Thalassaemia = Mediterranean or Asian Decent
etc..
Just saying that these races contract these genetic disorders more frequently than others
And many more, there are dominate genetic disorders in every race

i am asking HOW!! did that mutation develop? What in our bodies cause this mutation of genes? I mean the in the beggining

The mutation(s) that cause the disease arose in isolated populations after they had branched off into black or white or asian, etc. Since those people, even to this day, breed mainly with others of their own ethnicity the diseases tend to stay sequestered in those ethnic groups.

EDIT: Sorry. I did misunderstand. Mutations arise spontaneously through errors in copying DNA when producing sperm and egg. Also radiation, chemicals in certain plants, and other things in the environment can cause mutations.
