Lunapads! Do you have to wear normal pads with them?
I’m thinking about getting lunapads. It says “they must be used with Pads or Deluxe Lunapanties” ( http://www.lunapads.com/product.aspx?ProductID=99&deptid=2& )
So does that mean I have to wear regular pads with it(I can’t wear pads because they irritate my skin)? What does it mean I have to wear Deluxe Lunapanties with it?
The product you are looking at is not a pad. It is a liner; which in Lunapads speak, is an insert that gets added to a Lunapad to increase its absorbency. Lunapads are a two part pad. Here is a link to a Lunapad: http://www.lunapads.com/product.aspx?ProductID=1&deptid=2& as you can see the pad is the part that snaps around your underwear, you then add the liner on top to absorb your menstrual flow. You take the liner out throughout the day and replace it with a fresh one instead of changing the whole pad.
Lunapads are meant to replace disposeable pads, not to be worn with them.
As for the Lunapanties, they are a seperate product that you can also use the liners with. They are essentially a pair of underwear with a Lunapad built it to the crotch.
