What is the difference between an acoustic guitar and a classic guitar.?
I am a beginner and I was curious to know which one would be easier to use and cheaper.
And what are the differences between the two. I am thinking of buying one soon so if anyone has any tips or suggestions as well that would help a lot!
Also if anyone has any idea what types of guitars Aly and Aj play, and Taylor Swift I would be very grateful!

The body of a classical guitar is a little smaller, and the neck is wider. It also uses gut or nylong strings, rather than steel. It has a softer, mellower sound to it, and you can do a lot more fingerpicking kinds of things with more ease.
A regular acoustic guitar is a little bigger, the neck is narrower, and the strings are steel. It’s louder and better for more chord work.
I’m pretty sure that Aly & Aj and Taylor Swift use steel string acoustics.
I would reccommend starting on a steel string so that you build up your callouses on your fingertips. It hurts like heck, but once you’ve got the callouses, you can play any string instrument without pain.
