Why did these black people yell at me in dc chinatown?
Some black guy came up to me and was like where the cash at where the cash at and i gave him a nickel and when i walked away they said they would shoot me and my freinds.
Either give them a reasonable amount (50 cents or a dollar) or just tell them you have no money.
I go there all the time, and have never had problems with the panhandlers.
In fact I have never had problems with panhandlers anywhere in the world.
