I like hunting deer from the ground, so what is the best way to bag a buck from the ground during bow season?
I have a disability so that is my reason for hunting from the ground.
1. Reduce your body odor. People stink more than they think
2. Use camoflage to blend in. Nothing that can flop around or act like a flag either.
3. Move slower. If you’re disturbing anything around you you’ll never get close enough.
4. Spot and stalk. Find a good vantage point and glass the area. Once you see something slowly move in when the animal is focused on whatever it’s doing.
